Elizabeth grew up in the foothills of Northeast Georgia. After completing a BA in History at the College of Charleston, she decided to make Charleston her full time home. Her love of history and the arts led to her early jobs at Drayton Hall and the Spoleto Festival, USA. Elizabeth’s introduction to real estate came up in 2001 when she became a sales and marketing director with Greystar Real Estate Partners. Working closely with the architect and contractor, she played a major role in developing and selling 23 condominiums at Wappoo Landing on the Intracoastal Waterway. She also headed the sales and marketing of King Street Lofts; formerly a McCrory’s Five and Dime that was converted into residential and commercial condominiums. Hanna Geiger



Hanna grew up on the coast of Delaware, where she learned to love and appreciate the sand and sea. She chose Charleston for undergrad, as it felt very similar to her hometown. Hanna graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate. Following her love for all things home & architecture, Hanna became a licensed agent upon graduation from college. After her first year of working in the Charleston real estate market, she noticed the undersupply of staging companies that specialized in the design aspect. He also spent time working with an investment group that purchased, sold and developed land on the pacific coast of Costa Rica.
